Crises management plan for organization
Can you please write a crisis management plan or audit an existing plan. You can choose any real organization that you have a connection with – either you own, work for or know someone who owns or works for. You can limit the plan to a sub-unit. You can limit the plan to certain categories of crises. If there is an existing crisis management plan, you can audit it and suggest improvements
Instructions:
Submit the organization, sub-unit (if applicable), your association with the organization, the scope of the CMP (e.g. comprehensive, operational, natural disasters), and whether you will be writing a plan or doing an audit.
