For your essay topic, propose a solution to the problem of hoarding in Houston grocery stores as a result of the Coronavirus (or COVID-19) pandemic.  Remember in the introduction of a proposal argument essay, you must explain that a problem exists and in your thesis statement, propose a three-point solution. Choose one of two approaches in composing your thesis. 1) You may discuss three separate solutions to the problem of hoarding in stores; or, 2) You may state one primary solution that is carried out in three steps.

People are hoarding not only food and meat, but toilet paper, hand sanitizer, masks, bleach, disinfectant wipes, etc.  This essay requires that you incorporate material from three outside sources. You may also visit local television news channels. Remember, to paraphrase 90 percent of your outside material and follow its immediate use with an in-text/parenthetical citation.
