Most of us believe that leadership is a title only for the people who can highly manage things, people with massive experience. We see leaders as truly gifted people or older folks. Drew Dudley’s Everyday Leadership is one of the best inspirational talks I have ever listened to. Before watching this video, it had never occurred to me that a leader could be anything less or more than a person who leaders people, a country, or an organization.
