The supervisor duties that should occur on a monthly or other periodic basis should include monitoring trainer performance, screening to identify potential errors and/or over-practice and training errors, reporting to the department head when necessary, continuously updating on current training practices and programs that include documentation of those programs, and working with management to ensure the safety of employees.
