THEORIES OF CONSTITUTIONAL INTERPRETATION
For this article review, you will:
(1) choose an excellent scholarly article published in the last 5 years addressing theories of constitutional interpretation;
(2) carefully read and review the article chosen;
(3) write a 1,500-2,000-word review of the article in good APA format:
(I) describing the article including: (a) the topic or issue the article is addressing, (b) the worldview of underlying assumptions that animate the article and the analysis therein, (c) any conclusions drawn or recommendations made in the article, and (d) any other information you deem important to understanding the article; and
(II) critiquing and assessing the article’s analysis, conclusions, and/or recommendations from the perspective of the Christian worldview.
